The 7-Day Return & Exchange Window
You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or an exchange. To be eligible, the item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
How to Start a Return or Exchange (3 Simple Steps)
Step 1: Let Us Know

Please include the following information in your message:
- Your Order Number (e.g., #YF1001)
- Whether you would like a Return for a Refund or an Exchange (please specify the new size or color you need).
Step 2: We Arrange the Pickup
Once we receive your request, we will arrange for a free reverse pickup from your address. The process is completely free for you; we cover all the shipping costs.
Step 3: Inspection and Processing
After the item arrives back at our facility, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
- For Exchanges, your new item will be dispatched within 48 hours of the returned item being received and verified.
- For Refunds, your refund will be processed within 48 hours of the returned item being received and verified.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, the full amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 8 to 10 business days. We do not charge any restocking or processing fees.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue immediately by arranging a free replacement for you.
